By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Who May Use bg444
Access to and use of the bg444 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. bg444 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where any requirement is found to be unmet.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform. Age verification documents may be requested as part of the KYC process.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bg444 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
- You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete identity details. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing deliberately inaccurate information is a serious violation of these Terms.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bg444. Persons in these categories are prohibited from holding player accounts.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Bangladesh. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you possess full legal capacity to do so.
Registration
Account Registration and Verification
Each player may hold only one registered account on bg444. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. bg444 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.
Account Credentials
Upon registration, you will create a set of login credentials consisting of your registered mobile number and a password of your choice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. bg444 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Do not share your password with any third party, including persons claiming to be bg444 staff. bg444 support will never ask for your password.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service, particularly mobile banking apps such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- Log out of your account on shared or public devices immediately after each session.
- Notify bg444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
KYC Verification
bg444 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point — including before processing a withdrawal, after a significant deposit, or as part of a routine compliance review. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account matching your registered mobile number).
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bg444 may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is completed. bg444 will not be liable for any delay in access to funds that results from a player's failure to provide the required documentation promptly.
Payments
Deposits and Withdrawals
bg444 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bg444 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — all deposit and withdrawal transactions must originate from and be returned to an account registered in the same name as your bg444 account.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount at bg444 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to bg444's fraud prevention policies.
- Deposits are credited to your bg444 balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor. bg444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or mobile network operator.
- bg444 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
- All deposits must be made by the account holder personally. bg444 may request confirmation that the payment method used belongs to the account holder as part of the KYC process.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within minutes for verified accounts during normal operations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment account used for deposits (same mobile number, same method). This policy exists to protect players and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
- bg444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a KYC review, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement audit. bg444 will notify the affected player promptly in such cases.
- Any active bonus funds must have their wagering requirements fully satisfied before a withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings can be processed.
Promotions
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bg444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and any additional terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is issued or claimed.
- Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Using multiple accounts, coordinating play with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.
- bg444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to adjust wagering requirements, expiry periods, or eligible games if circumstances require.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Players who open multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all associated accounts suspended.
- Bonuses will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period specified at the time of issue. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited automatically.
Conduct
Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
bg444 is committed to responsible gaming and requires all players to use the Platform in a lawful and fair manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or using real-time communication to gain a strategic advantage in live dealer games.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using bg444 to launder money. bg444 will report suspected money laundering activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable through normal gameplay. Winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of a minor, allowing a minor to use your account, or otherwise facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

Enforcement
Account Suspension and Termination
bg444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to suspension or termination, with or without prior notice to the player:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment policy conditions.
- Discovery that the account was registered using false identity information or that the account holder does not meet the age requirement of 21 years or above.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting systems, pending the outcome of bg444's internal investigation.
- Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring bg444 to suspend or close the account.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bg444 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for operational or other non-fault reasons, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Legal
Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All content on the bg444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bg444 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bg444 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of bg444 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if bg444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bg444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bg444's liability for death or personal injury caused by bg444's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. bg444 does not make any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, although bg444 uses industry-standard SSL encryption and security practices to protect player data.
Updates
Changes to These Terms
bg444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, bg444 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address associated with the player's account. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting bg444 support. bg444 will process any verified outstanding balance in accordance with the withdrawal conditions set out in these Terms.
